This is my second holimission (holiday commission). It goes to Scoobyfan1. I couldn't quite honor his full request, but I did my best to do an artwork relatively close to it. In this artwork, Daphne from Scooby-Doo is menaced by a Werewolf, who wants to use a Mad Scientist's Lab in a Spooky Castle to make her into a female lycanthrope. She, of course, wants nothing to do with it. Hopefully Fred, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby will rescue her in time, before she begins baying at the full moon.
Actually he wanted Daphne already transformed into a lycanthrope. But I'm really bad at those. For me, you're either 100% human or 100% monster in a drawing; I'm not good at half-and-half.
Mmmm....I guess. I'm pretty low tech. I know that it happens. I'm still not sure much about the how and why, or if I could really do it again on a daily basis.
Pretty good, you mentioned that you saw a cartoon a while back and you were inspired to do this drawing for me. Looking at the drawing, if i'm not mistaken the cartoon you styled this on was a Batman The Animated Series episode called "Tyger Tyger" and in it Selena Kyle aka Catwoman was kidnapped by some mad scientist who wanted a female cat creature as a mate for his male cat creature.
Wow! You are good at this sort of thing. Yeah, I'm not good with episode and series names, but that sounds like a description of the episode that the drawing was based upon.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
